The hotel's location was convenient, with a park nearby for a nice stroll and a supermarket just around the corner for any needs. The Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. the room was always kept clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping service and complimentary bathroom kits.
There were several aspects that I didn't enjoy about my stay. The breakfast was below par, with limited options and the same food being served every day.

The hotel is located just outside the city center and close to the Dnieper river, making it a good spot to enjoy a stroll on the long promenade. Guests can expect high-class rooms and bathrooms, as well as excellent facilities, such as a spa in the basement and comfortable beds.
Some guests have claimed that the hotel restaurant's service could be slow and the breakfast not always up to expectations.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was great! The location was perfect and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay feel like a home away from home. I also loved the fact that the wifi was fast and complimentary, which was very beneficial to me.
Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few things that didn't meet my expectations. One downside was that there were no in-room coffee or tea facilities, which would have been nice during the cold winter nights.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay: The room was clean and tidy with fresh linens, and the view from my window was breathtaking. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the river and within walking distance of some great restaurants. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a good selection of food.
Worst aspects of my Christmas stay: Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel were not very friendly or helpful. The hotel seemed understaffed and the service was slow.
